What the standard package includes

  • One sales team, up to five users
  • One pipeline with up to six stages
  • Three agreed internal workflows
  • One CRM connected to one other business system
  • One CSV/Excel import, up to 250 rows
  • One dashboard, up to six reports or views
  • Testing, a review and one round of agreed revisions
  • 60-minute team training and written handover
  • 30 days of fixes for faults in our configuration

Up to five users means people using the configured process, rather than total company headcount. Software licences, hosting and usage fees are separate. Existing customer records may be used directly; the import allowance does not limit CRM capacity.

The three default workflows

  1. New enquiry ownership. Assign the agreed owner and create the first contact task when an enquiry enters the agreed process.
  2. Proposal follow-up. Create an internal follow-up task with an agreed deadline when an opportunity reaches Proposal sent.
  3. Overdue follow-up alert. Notify the responsible person or manager when an open task passes its deadline.

We define triggers, conditions, actions and failure handling before quoting. Equivalent swaps are considered before quotation; they do not add a fourth workflow. These are internal tasks and alerts. Customer-facing email campaigns receive a separate scope.

Connection, import and dashboard

One connection: one CRM and one additional business system through a standard supported integration, within the three workflows. Make, Zapier or n8n may act as a bridge without using an additional business-system allowance. Compatibility, access and required software subscriptions are checked first.

One import: a CSV/Excel file of up to 250 data rows. We review a small sample before accepting it, map agreed fields, fix minor formatting, flag obvious duplicates for your decision, test a small batch and check the completed import.

One dashboard: up to six standard reports/views: open opportunities, total open pipeline value, opportunities by stage, follow-ups due today, overdue follow-ups, and won deals/value for an agreed period. Filters and links to records depend on your CRM features and subscription.

Approval, delivery and handover

We begin with a free 15-minute fit call and suitability check before quoting. After the written proposal and booking payment, a 90-minute working session maps the configuration. You approve the written plan before changes to customer systems.

The target is ten working days after the approved plan, booking payment, appropriate access and subscriptions, any accepted import file and a named decision-maker are ready. We ask for decisions and consolidated feedback within two working days, and agree revised dates when prerequisites or feedback cause delays.

We test ownership, workflows, data, permissions and reporting against the plan. One review walkthrough and one consolidated in-scope revision round are included. Correcting our implementation errors does not consume that round. Handover includes a 60-minute remote group training session for the included users, a recording where you agree, a short operating guide and administrator handover.

Fee and payment stages

£1,950, with VAT added where applicable. £975 is paid before work starts once the scope is approved and the delivery slot is booked. The £975 balance follows completed acceptance checks, agreed revisions and your written sign-off; it is due seven calendar days after the invoice.

Software subscriptions and usage charges are separate, normally paid directly by the customer. We agree the scope and price of extra work before undertaking it. Larger teams and more complex setups receive an individual quote.

Included support and optional care

For 30 calendar days from agreed go-live, we fix faults where our configuration does not meet the agreed specification at no charge. Faults reported within that window remain covered if resolution takes longer. There is no two-hour limit on correcting our implementation faults.

Support email: ceri@sellingsidekick.com. Initial response target: two UK working days, Monday–Friday during UK business hours. This is not a resolution-time guarantee. New requirements, extra training, customer changes and repairs caused by third-party platform changes are assessed separately.

Optional care: £295/month. A monthly check of delivered workflows and connections, a short findings update, and up to two hours total for checking, investigation, minor fixes, small changes, testing and related calls. Normally starts after included support; covered faults never consume the care allowance. Paid monthly in advance, no minimum term, no rollover of unused hours. Cancellation before renewal takes effect at the end of the paid month. Additional work is approved before charging. Software costs and VAT where applicable are separate.

What receives a separate quote

Extra pipelines, teams, users, workflows or business systems; custom integrations or continuous two-way synchronisation; extensive data cleanup or combining databases; historical email/attachment migration; advanced forecasting or separate reporting applications; new bespoke software; campaign execution; and extra training.

Optional prospect research and data preparation starts from £495 plus agreed provider costs and VAT where applicable. The quantity, fields, sources and quality checks are agreed after a small sample. This supplies prepared records, rather than qualified leads or booked appointments. An import that fits the setup’s total allowance does not attract a second import charge.

Your systems and project agreement

You retain control of your customer accounts and data. We agree access, configuration, testing and handover for the individual project. This page describes the service; the written proposal and agreed customer terms set out the contract for your project.
