When and how do I get paid?+

All SDRs are paid at the end of each month via bank transfer. It's a simple and reliable process, so you always know when to expect your earnings.

Is the role fully remote and flexible, or are there fixed working hours?+

It depends on the client. Some roles require fixed working hours, while others offer more flexibility. We'll always explain the working pattern clearly before you accept a role, so there are no surprises.

Is there training or onboarding before starting?+

Yes. Every role includes a structured training and onboarding period before you begin working. We don't just place you into a role, we make sure you're fully prepared and confident before you start.

Are there targets or quotas I need to meet?+

Yes, like any sales role, there are performance targets and key metrics. However, you won't be left to figure things out alone. We provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to help you improve and succeed over time.

Can I work with other clients at the same time?+

Yes, as long as there's no conflict with your role. Some team members choose to work part-time (for example, supporting US-based companies in the evenings). We're flexible, as long as expectations are met.

Do I receive paid holiday?+

Holiday entitlement depends on the type and length of your contract. Typically, full-time roles include around 15 to 20 days of paid holiday per year. Short-term contracts (e.g. 2 to 3 months) may not include paid holiday, but often come with a higher pay rate to reflect this. We'll always explain the details clearly before you start.

How does the application process work?+

We may or may not have roles available at any given time, as this depends on our clients' requirements. To get started, you'll need to complete our application form. We'll then contact you for a brief introduction call. When a suitable role becomes available, we'll reach out if you're a good fit.
