Yes - the programme is fully remote. You can work from anywhere with a reliable laptop and internet connection.
What countries can apply?+
We're actively recruiting across Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Moldova and Georgia, and welcome applicants from other European countries too.
How flexible are the hours?+
Many roles are flexible and can fit around your studies. Some clients prefer fixed hours - we'll be transparent about expectations before you commit.
Do I need perfect English?+
No, but you do need strong, clear, professional English. You'll be speaking with international companies and clients.
How long does onboarding take?+
Onboarding is typically 1–2 weeks depending on the client. You'll receive scripts, training and full support before you start outreach.
What equipment do I need?+
A reliable laptop, a quiet place to work, stable internet and a headset. That's it - we provide the tools and software.
Can students apply while studying?+
Absolutely. Many of our SDRs are current students working part-time alongside their studies.
Will I work with real companies?+
Yes. You'll work directly with real international tech companies in the UK, Europe and the USA - not on simulations.
